We want you to love your GoFastCampers gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn apparel in the original packaging, including all tags and the packing slip, then affix the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
